It's a scam, I get notices like that from Italy, Nigeria and England..none of them are true..it's a scam to get money from you with the promise you will get thousands and thousands back.
All they want is your banking info and personal info.
Stay away from it!!

Be careful, I have being getting mail telling me that I have won a Million Dollars USA, coming our of countries in west Africa. Go to the Interpol Site.
