Avoid Nanny Diaries, Balls of Fury and Mr Bean they are not worth the price of admission.

It all depends on what interests you guys have. I think everyone likes to laugh so a real funny comedy would more than likely work. Once you've watched a movie together you could broach the topic of what interests you share and go from there.

I say comedy and horror, from experience, me and my boyfriend went to go see Superbad last weekend, and we had a great time. This weekend we're going to go see Halloween and I'm pretty sure it's going to be a very great datwe.

comedy or drama romance but best take girlfriend to what ever she chooses even if you not particulary interested in that genre .

Depends on the couple.
I'll be honest - my best friend and I dated, and we went to see not only 'Chicken Little' and 'Ice Age 2', but 'V For Vendetta' and 'Underworld: Evolution' as well.
Talk about your own interests.

well, he would want something with a little of action that wasnt too girly. but you would probably want something romantic. so just get creative with what you get, good luck!
