I love sushi. The joke is it took my Japanese over 6 months to get me to try. Once I did I love it.

Sushi is good. I like yellowtail and eel. The best part is the wasabi. I'm surprised they don't have wasabi on more things. That stuff is awesome.

Yes, I had sushi yesterday. It's awesome. However, it is one of those foods that tastes great initially but if you overdo it, you want to vomit your brains out thinking about it.

ABSOLUTELY!
I make it on a regular basis.
I don't know if it has a special name because I experiment a lot. On mine I add
Nori, Rice, Shaved Bonito, Sesame Seeds, Crab, Avacado, Cream Cheese, and a touch of Wasabi..........:YUMMY!!
