yes it does. that is what I was thinking. It looks like a poor deformed dog that the lady burned just to get famous by saying that she found a chupacabra.

if thats a dog thats a very f**ked up dog what the hell happen to it, its about the size a supposed chupacabra
chupacabra are said to be about the size of a dog walking up right
The most common description of Chupacabra is that it look like a Mexican dumb like Hairless, a breed of dog that is from central America and common to the area that the Chupacabra is said to roam. The Chupacabra appears to have leathery, scaly, or reptile like greenish-gray skin, and sharp spines or quills running down its back.[9] This form stands approximately 3 to 4 feet (1 to 1.2 m) high, and stands and hops in a similar fashion to a kangaroo. In at least one sighting, the creature hopped 20 feet (6 m). This variety is said to have a dog or panther-like nose and face, a forked tongue protruding from it, large fangs, and to hiss and screech when alarmed, as well as leave a sulfuric stench behind. When it screeches, some reports note that the chupacabra's eyes glow an unusual red, then give the witnesses nausea. For some witnesses, it was seen with bat-like wings.[10]
Another description of Chupacabra, although not as common, is described as a strange breed of wild dog. This form is mostly hairless, has a pronounced spinal ridge, unusually pronounced eye sockets, fangs, and claws. It is claimed that the animal may be a cross of three different animals, for example, canine, rodent and lizard. The corpse of an animal found in Leon, Nicaragua, and forensically analyzed at UNAN-Leon is claimed as a specimen of this genus. Pathologists at the University found that it was an unusual looking dog-like creature of a unknown species.[11] Unlike conventional predators, the chupacabra is said to drain all of the animal's blood (and sometimes organs) through a single hole or two holes.

It looks like it could be a mexican hairless, or a different breed, possibly with a birth defect. I really don't believe in "chupacabras", it is probably a breed of small predatory wild dog, or something of that sort, that prefers to drink the blood of its prey (it supposedly sucks the blood from the body, but in fact it could just make a single wound, wait for the blood to drain from the wound, then drink the blood.)
It does look very much like a dog.

She may claim she knows exotic animals, but it appears what she really knows is marketing. People are helping her make a bundle off dead "roadkill".
It is a Xoloitzcuintle (show-low-eats-QUEENT-lee), Xolo for short, otherwise known as a Mexican Hairless dog. They are an unusual and rare breed, but a dog nevertheless.
Three of these xolos were found as "roadkill".This suggests that someone is breeding xolos and dumping "undesirable" dogs.
