Chow Mein or Lo Mein? Which do you prefer?

In case you don't know:

Mein or mian is simply the Chinese word for noodles.
Lo Mein means "tossed noodles," while Chow Mein or chao mian means "fried noodles."

Basically, Chow Mein is fried seperately AND THEN stirred with seasoned vegetables.
Lo Mein is stirred with vegetables altogether.

I think my information's right....

Lo Mein is saucier and softer.

I wonder how it'll taste mixed together...posting question.

Chow/Chao Mein. Chicken or Beef. I admit, I tried Lo Mein on a cruise and it was awesome. The noodles were thicker, so put that into consideration when you choose. Chow/Chao Mein is my preference, but what is yours? :)

Anyone who calls you racist is actually a racist themselves. Simply reading a book is gaining information and there is nothing racist about that. Those who wish to attack others for gaining information are racist because they want to prevent others from understanding and understanding is what eliminates racism therefore they are racists and trying to maintain a racist environment. Mein Kampf is history, though it is also propaganda. Get the book Mein Kampf A Translation Controversy which is available as a free pdf. It is about the different translations but has a great introduction that explains the history of the book and how it was used as propaganda. Also you can listen to an introduction at the below site which has more history on the book. If you read it, get the Ford translation. The controversy book I mentioned will explain why, it is the most accurate translation available.
