why does the screen look like this?

its looks all bad..
you cant see lyts on myspace..
how can i fix it?

You might have also shut out a program so go to internet explorer-> tools -->advanced and see if you turned something off or something needs to be turned on.

are you using one of the cheaper dial -up servers, they have a habit of doing exactly that. I had peoples pc and they made you left click and than right click on re up the picture.
