I never smoked. While suffering depression, I had trouble sleeping. A friend bought me bottles of Everclear and absinthe to flavor it. A couple of drinks at bedtime will help they said. Even five or six did not let me sleep.I saw little night visitors but they have gone now that I have recovered.
I read, garden and sleep well now.

I work allot and when I am not at work I am on the computer listening to music. I also love to be with my sisters who tell me every time to never smoke or drink because I would become addicted, I have that in me from my dad.

I like to mingle, dance, and jam with the band. But if you mean I have to consume something, it would be energy drinks, fruit smoothies, or gourmet sodas. You don't need to consume anything to have fun. I will tell you a tale about it. If you want.
