Lots of back on her upper lids, and at the corners of her eyes, making a mark that looks like this -i out from her eyes. Dark straight bangs, with a gold headband, red cheeks and lipstick, small earrings and then a decorative bib (maybe with fake gems) over a straight golden gown. Sandals and bracelets, and a scepter and she's good to go.
