There are many different ways to put in contacts and to take out contacts. What way do you do?

It's kinda hard to describe in words but I lift my upper eyelid with one hand and with the other I insert the lens usually towards the bottom and it suctions onto my eyeball. To take them out I lift on the upper eyelid and gently "pinch" the lens and it comes right out.
Like I said, it's hard to describe...I actually laughed when I read what I just wrote.

I actually had lasik (best thing ever) but when I had contacts, I would look off to the size a bit, put my finger in my eye and scrunch the contact so it would lift and then take it out.

I close my eyes then I apply pressure and pushes it to the side of my eyes and loses its grip on the eye and easier to take off. I change my lenses once a month, dont worry their disposable.

I grab the upper eye lid and pull it up while looking straight down, and then plop the contact lens in.

i take my thumb and my index finger and grasp the contact and gently pull it out of the eye. to insert, i put the contact on my index finder and insert it gently onto the eye.

Putting In:
Left hand:
Middle finger: Hold upper eyelid up
Ring finger: Hold upper eyelid up
Right hand:
Ring Finger: Hold lower eyelid down
Index Finger: Hold lower eyelid down
Middle Finger: Contact on tip. Slowly bend/move finger towards the middle of eye.
Taking out:
Left Hand:
Middle Finger: Hold upper eyelid up
Ring Finger: Hold upper eyelid up
Right Hand:
Ring Finger: Hold lower eyelid down
Index Finger/Thumb: Your index finger and thumb starting on opposite sides of the contact gently pinch the contact and pull it out.

I usually sleep in them, but if I HAVE to take them out I typically end up swearing a lot, rubbing my eye, and punching the mirror.
