Every few months I get a really large lump in my best breast. It is very painful and lasts usually a few days to a week. I have been to a doctor in the past and he says I suffer from some kind of cyst in my milk ducts. But he never gave me any ideas on what to do about it. Has this ever happened to you? Do you have any advise for me on this?

I too have this same problem and my Dr. tells me that this problem is caused by taking in too much caffiene ... his advise to me is to cut way back on how much caffiene I drink every day

Just Jump In And Sink Or Swim, Wow ... Really out of my leage. "Best Breast" Have not ever heard of breasts being noted this way. Get after some second opinions ASAP... The last I heard (unconfirmed) 9% of all death, that is "ALL DEATH" is do to misdiagnosis.
In the mean time, have your significant other examine it on a regular basis. Now from a guys perspective that would be about 23.59 hours a day! Good Luck

Honey, you are in the wrong area with your question.
However, I'm a nurse. What you have is a fibrocystic mass or a lymph node.
Look them up on the internet.
More than 50% of women have fibroystic breast disease. Don't be concerned.

It probaly just happens when it gets close for your period, it should not be anything to worry about. I had a doctor tell me I had lumps because I drank too much caffiene.

You taking too much caffeine. If I were you to cut down the caffeine that only way by doing it.
