AMD VS Intel.....is these processors equal?

Both processor are good. It is hard to guage there performance.
Don't be swayed by the smoke and mirrors.
Both, AMD, and Intel are top of the line .
Remember they are always upgrading both and making them better.
In all reality they are normally outdated in 6 months or less to one year.

You'd have to take them both, and Clock them to see how they really run. Those numbers don't tell you everything.
