I brush twice a day...floss like once every 2 mos. Never use mouthwash. My teeth haven't had a cavity in about 8-10 yrs. Guess I'm alright.

Genetics can greatly affect the susceptibility of your teeth to cavities. It maybe necessary for you to use a high fluoride toothpaste, this is much better at strengthening the tooth enamel of people who have tooth formation defects. You may need a prescription however so it is best to talk to your dentist about the subject first to see whether it is the right decision for you. And you shouldn't brush immediately after high sugar foods, give it at least 20 mins to an hour, as immediate brushing can cause damage.

I brush and floss. Mouth rinse is completely unnecessary-- ask any dentist.
