If you expand it, you will see that there are 4 negatives being multiplied. If there are an even number of negatives, the end product will be positive. If there are an odd number of negatives, the end product will be negative.
-(-5)(-5)(-5) = 125

I am not sure if your question is [-(-5)]^3 or -[(-5)^3]......
However, the answer is the same in both cases......

[-(-5)]^3
= 5^3
= 125

-[(-5)^3]
= -(-125)
= 125
