For start, have a list of all the blessings I have, starting from health and ending with all my friends and relatives, and then begin to live with all that.

Be smarter in my decision making, and pray i have learned from my mistakes. NEVER get involved in another spouse abuse situation again, try to avoid ever seeing certain family members, lose weight, count my blessings even if I can count them all on one hand, continue to be proud i anm an American citizen, pray to God, Hope no more wars begin,and cross my fingers for better sleep at night .

Then I'd be learning to breath properly on my own, along with that I'd learn to cry, then get to eat pretty regularly (hopefully I'm being breast-fed!!!), of course I'd poop regularly on my own, sleep regularly, & cry some more -- wow! what a first day!!!

that's the way it feels..sure i replaced into going to do laundry all day,,yet now,i think of i will make Pina Colada's & flow to the coastline, watch the solar flow down, then purely lay there on the sand & seem on the celebrities....great theory..thank you hophead..(clap clap)
