I have my last menstral cycle august 9th i spotted really lightly pink on august 26th and it was just that one time well i have been feeling a little sick the last week and today september 1st i went to the bathroom and when i was done there was brown colored stuff so when i went to the bath room again there was nothing it was just one time im not really sure whats going on im having a little bit of cramping but its not bad

If you had intercourse during the fertile time of your cycle, then yes you could be pregnant. You might have had some implantation spotting and cramping, which happens to some women (but not all) in very early pregnancy.
I would suggest a pregnancy test. If you don't want to spend a lot of money buy a couple from the dollar store. They are only a buck apiece and work as well as the more expensive brands and you can re-test without feeling like you're wasting money.

If you are sexually active then you could become pregnant. Some women have implantation bleeding as the egg attaches to the uterine wall, around the time of conception. Even if you are on birth control, still make sure to take a home test if you do not start your normal menstrual cycle on time. I had cramping like I was going to start my cycle up until 2 months of pregnancy so cramping isn't a sign of not being pregnant, lol

If you are then maybe you should take a home test
