Do Spanx work really well, or are they a waste of money?

They work well but Target has a cheaper version that work just as well called Assets just be sure to hand wash them.

they work well, as do the knock off brand Assets at target. My only complaint, I wore one today to go to a wedding and it was like 95 degrees out side and I was completely dying I was so hot. I only had the kind that was the high waist, just under the bust to my mid thighs to hold in the tummy and prevent panty lines.
