I want to vote in the next federal election but I have not been living in australia for the last couple of years .
I am an australian citisen and antitled to vote.
Do I vote in the electorate in which I was enrolled , or what ?
I have been enrolled in a few different areas of australia over different times.

For citizens of other nations, who are living abroad, the process is called an ABSENTEE BALLOT.

I think you want to check with your embassy to nail down the particulars.

Go the consular section of your embassy and there they should be able to tell you, you'll probably emit your vote from there. As far as I know, you'll probably be associated to the last electorate you were enrolled in.

Ask in Travel - Australia.
In USA I looked on my county government's website.
There was a form to fill out to request ballot by mail.

absentee ballot and it will probably have to be certified and notarized if you are that far away. you should contact you local election board now to begin this process and document yourself.

good to see you still believe in the election process.
