No. Every pregnant woman has symptoms, but they might mistake it for something else.
You can be pregnant and not know it.....but you can't be pregnant and have no symptoms at all. At the very least, every pregnant woman will cease to ovulate, and later on will show as her uterus grows.
A lot of women miss the subtle changes in their body that happen when they are pregnant.

YES! I knew right away when I became pregnant with little one I am carrying right now, but with my son(first born) I didn't know for a while. I still had my period for the first month and actually got pregnant on my period so I was almost 3 months when I found out I was pregnant with him. Eventually you would show, as the baby grows and the uterus becomes filled with fluid, but some women still have their period while pregnant and have no morning sickness or anything. It all depends on your body. If you think you might be pregnant, get a test done right away as it is always good to know for sure.

Yes, indeed!! I didn't know I was pregnant with #4 until I was nearly 5 months along!! I had abloslutely NO SYMPTOMS whatsoever!!
Veritas clarifies it better. What I thought was gas was actually my baby's first little movements. I didn't think I had a reason to believe otherwise. Lots of symptoms are so subtle that they are easily overlooked/ignored.

Hi there,
Yes you can. Well I did. I was 16 weeks before I knew with my last daughter. I was 12 weeks with this pregnancy.
A friend of mine was also about 16 weeks before she found out.
It all depends on how regular your period is. If you go months between periods then you don't miss then and thus don't know.
I guess that it happens, as I said has to me, but there will always be those who will say no impossible.

Yes. All symptoms are optional, and all pregnancies are different.

Yes. I had a friend who unaware that she was pregnant up until the 8th month - her cycle was irregular and she failed to note the small amount of weight gain because she was trying to lose weight through exercise and sensible eating -- she just kept beating herself up as a "failure" for being unable ot lose weight.

What do you mean by symptoms? My sister had no idea she was pregnant until she missed a period - no tender breasts, no nausea, etc.....
Some women (very small number) also continue to menstuate right throughout their pregancy so they may not know until they are starting to show!
