I go with the above on a new mattress. May need something more firm. Now you can try this, I not sure it help. I have heard that you can put like a ½" sheet of plywood between the Box Spring and the Mattress and it help. This may be a cheap way to know if you want to invest in another mattress. I not sure if it really work as I never needed to try.

I am back about your back. I wanted to show you a pic (See Link below). Now we make these easy, wood, metal, depends on your tools and ability. We make a foot board lower to the ground to lock your heels. Then a board with pad for the pelvis. Have hand holds both sides to help yourself up if you get into trouble. Just start out with hands behind back and lean down a few inches. In a week try more. Over time you go way down and come up.You will be sold if you figure out how to do this, it is an excellent way to help back trouble and cheap if you can make one yourself.

If your camera won't focus at all when you use the single focal point, but will on auto/zone focusing, it suggests to me that you are closer than the minimum focus distance for the lens at the selected focal length. This is why you have a viewfinder! You need to start from the beginning, and learn how to use your camera, preferably start fully manually, so that you gain the knowledge to be able to understand it's capabilities and limitations. *Sorry back-focusing is a bugbear of mine, I swear that 99% of backfocusing issues are user related and not camera/lens related. Maybe just those of us brought up on full manual control just expect less from automation, so I personally like to be able to control what I'm shooting!

Yeah. Your abs works with your back. If one is strong then both are and if not then problems come up. I know this from dance, ballet. But if it keeps hurting you should go to the doctor. Pain only gets worst if ignored.

i'm, not sure, but i have the same thing too, it's not that bad and goes away after the first thirty minutes of my awakening, but i think it's just the bed. but i am a little on the heavy side, so maby that has something to do with it too. i'd suggest trying some new beds, or matresses at least

Get a new mattress and start getting your abs in shape. The stronger the abs the better supported the back!

Good luck!

Sounds like you need a trip to the Doctor's. Losing weight would help though..

You have to get more water to the muscles and joints. Coffee, tea, colas with caffeine pull water out of the cells thru the kidneys.

Do leg lifts in bed also, to strengthen muscles

umm it could be the extra weight straining ur back.

or it could be the type of bed u are sleeping on. firmer mattresses usually help ur back.

if the pain continues, see ur doctor.
