If you want it for decoupage, here is the recipe to make your own:
1 cup white glue
1/3 cup water
Add 2 tablespoons of varnish if you want a shiny finish
Keep in a glass container with a screw top.

Just mix a white glue (like Elmers GlueAll) with water, or you can use other brands of "white glue"... use the Permanent type, not the Washable type.

Depending on the thickness of the white glue you use, thin it with water 2 to 1 or as much as 4 to 1.

(no varnish is necessary... the white glue will dry glossy by itself; if you want even more gloss, let it dry thoroughly, then brush with an acrylic sealer)

I just use elmers glue and water depending on the consistency I want it, it's rally simple!
