Am I really limited to only one? I have a favorite for each day of the week! I love Italian, Greek, Italian, German, Italian, Mexican, Italian, Southern-style, Italian, Chinese and Italian.

Hmm, it's a toss up between Tex-Mex, Italian (Americano), and Chinese (Americano again). But I'd try anything once, I've even ate caviar (and that's Russian) before.
In my region, the most ethnic we get is Mexican (mostly) or Chinese, not much of anything else.

My favorite type of food is Indian because of the spices, flavorings and beauty of the food. Also, the food is served with so many complimentary condiments. After Indian food, my next favorite is Korean. A little side note. When I was in college I had a job as a food taster. We tasted and rated steaks. It paid ten dollars an hour and they also served crackers and apple juice. It was the best job for a broke and hungry college student.

My favorites are Thai and Indian. I love really spicy food. I like Mexican too, but it's fattening and there are no good Mexican restaurants in my town. I suppose you might think I was harassing you to mention the fact that I still haven't heard from you on my quotidian mystery question.

I love it all, but my favorite is well made middle American regional food. It's probably got the most fat and sugar of any in the whole world, but I love it.
Love that Fried Chicken, deep fried catfish with hushpuppies and onion rings, corn fed beef steaks, garlic mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, gravy, turkey (plain and BBQ'd) ham (plain and glazed), beets, salad, and those wonderful, killer (in more ways than one) desserts.
I live in a city where I have access to just about every kind of food in the world, but this is my absolute favorite.

Good ole Tex-Mex with real taquitos.
Meaning to me:
A flour tortilla stuffed with bean, bacon, egg, and cheese. It is so good for breakfast and I miss it so much.
