I have found thee most ideal base make-up for every age, but especially for younger ladies. It doesn't look like make up! It is Bare Minerals powder foundation and you get it on QVC home shopping channel or website. Take time to practice applying it and I think you will be very pleased with the results.

This just happened to be like, featured in the GL I just read. A cheap suggestion is ELF's hydro tint SPF 15 (which is my personal favorite, and it's oil free, only $1 at www.eyeslipsface.com) and ELF's Clarifying Pressed Powder (to remove shine and for easy touch ups during the day, all eyeslipsface.com's stuff is $1 each), but they both only have 4 shades to choose from, I think it's okay, though, because they're both very light and appropriate for 15 year olds so you can't be too far off. NYC also has a cheap powder and oil free makeup with only like 2 shades that all drugstores sell but I prefer ELF's stuff. But to make it worth the S&H I would get several because for $1, they don't give you very much. I hope this helps!
