No, I live in a small town and through the week it's dead at night. You can walk down the middle of the street and not worry about getting run over.

My city is the capital of California, and now only does it sleep at night, its totally dead on the weekends. One very BORING town I live in.

I think it's Vegas that doesn't sleep at night.
The tri city area here is all tourist, but I don't know how late things are open
