The Mormon Church has a pantry where you can get food and personal supplies (toothpaste, shampoo, etc.) and I went to get some without realizing how generous they can be. Since I had more than I would need, I went back to the place where the homeless and I had shared a parking lot and opened the back of my Toyota Tercel and told them to help themselves to whatever they wanted. It was great fun to be able to share and I convinced a couple of them to go ask for assistance--they didn't have to be Mormon. The bishops want to help anyone who needs it.

which includes...? in case you mean the information channels, for the main section they don't lie.... as such. they only carry the concentration on particular issues and bypass over others and that they've a format which has a tendency to blur the line between reality and opinion. some at as quickly as out lie... Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh. once I submitted economics paper they constantly needed regular supplies for any archives: The Congressional value variety place of work, The Bureau of Labour information, and so on... Which, you recognize, is sweet commonplace practice besides for reality-checking. (Assuming not all government statisticians are in touch in some huge conspiracy, which I in many situations do not). of path, it is likewise significant to place any information in context. that's a ability by itself and its extra diffused than maximum folk think of. on each and every occasion confronted with a share, as an occasion, you will desire to constantly ask: properly, what's this, precisely? A share is a fragment. O.ok. that's a fragment of what over what? that's truly undemanding to misread issues in case you do not ask the wonderful questions. those are regular supplies in a scientific experience (insomuch as social sciences are scientific...) Fox information... not lots.

I do many random acts of kindness for strangers - almost on a daily basis. I've read the other answers on here and I noticed that most everybody has a kind heart. Its nice to see. Its those little "acts of kindness" for us that make a world of difference for those less fortunate.

Thanks.

There's been several, but this one springs to mind the quickest:

When stuck in a bind, I couldn't sell a "stackable" washer and dryer I never used because it wasn't compatible and when I bought it on impulse in 1998, I really wasn't thinking. so in late 2003 I simply gave it to charity, though if I wasn't so stuck in a bind I might have gotten a few hundred dollars for them.

Well, I can't recall a significant one, but I can definitely tell you one that's happened to me once.

A girlfriend of mine and I were scrounging around in her car for change to put a little gas in her car before heading off to our destination since we forgot our purses at the house (which, obv. had our money in it) when a spanish lady came up, knocked on our window, and handed us a 10 dollar bill. She didn't say anything because I don't believe she spoke any english, but it was a very nice gesture.

I drove an older man to get gasoline when he'd run out on the side of the road on I-64.

It was raining heavily and he seemed so grateful.

We all commit random acts of kindness for perfect strangers everyday. I think it may be harder to commit random acts of kindness for our circle of associates...maybe through fear of the act being misinterpreted.

My cousins and I were playing at a local playground, and this little girl got stuck on one of those climbing things. She was really high; if she jumped she would seriously hurt herself. So I grabbed her waist and told her to let go; I held her and put her safely on the ground.
