I'd say "b", because you are training the dog to fetch a stick by the process of repetition, with or without a reward for doing so correctly. The other three examples are educating, since they are using learning experiences, "d", and creativity in "a" and "c" Dogs cannot rely on past experiences, nor are they creative.
