white vans?

i put a question out earlier about vans parked down my road im really peed off if a fire broke out you have got no way of a fire engine comming down here or ambulance so any help is very welcome

If they are blocking the road, then call the police and report it as a safety hazard, since emergency vehicles can't get through. You may also call the fire department and inform them and see what they suggest. It is annoying, I know. If you don't do anything about it then it will continue.
