YES! But don't spray, just bomb. The spray isn't as effective and just makes the little blood suckers hide. It will also cost you more cash in the long run. Set the bombs off where you'll get the maximum benefit. The directions will tell you specifically how to do this. Remember to keep all the doors open. It's a big mess to clean up after (washing all linens, dishes, surfaces, ect...) but well worth it. If you have any pets take them to petsmart & have 'em flea dipped before you bring them back into your flea free home. If you handle the flea problem quickly they won't have time to breed & infest. Fleas love carpet & cushions. I've gone through this 2x's in my 36 years & each time it was very unpleasant but well worth the hassel.

The safest and cheapest method of getting rid of fleas is to use a mixture of boric acid and salt. The powder should be sprayed on carpets, bedding and areas frequented by pets. More information on getting rid of fleas is available at http://pests.in/fleas.html

I would bomb. If you have animals and they ingest the flea they can either get tape worm or they can get heart worms if the flea eggs are laid in wet canned food and the food is left out. I just went thru this with my animals

No. Wash your pet with dish soap. Wash pet beds and blankets on hot. Wash bedding if pets were on bed. Vacuum every day until no more.
