I sure hope YOU called YOUR insurance company!!! Even if you don't make a claim, it is ALWAYS best to call them before HER insurance does... (and they will)....you PROBABLY should have called the police to the accident as well... I KNOW it is a LAW in NEW YORK STATE that if there is more then $400 damage to any one car in an accident, then that accident MUST be reported to the police...without that police report, the OTHER guy could claim that you BACKED INTO HIM----don't EVER leave the scene of an accident with $400 + in damages without a police report.!!! If she does not get back to you, you DO have her name, address and picture (if that truly is HER license and if she hasn't moved since the issuance of that license.... give THAT information to YOUR insurance company and let THEM deal with her and HER company.....

oh wow.. i would call your insurance company and see what their suggestion is. if u are in an accident no matter how minor always get a police report so that it can be documented for the insurance co. if not then it's your word against their word. always call your insurance agent also at time of accident. if you dont get anywhere with your insurance.. then call the cops.. but i would call insurance anywas and let them know whats going on.. depending on your insurance.. u may be able to have your bills paid.

The police should have been called and a report filed. Do that now. You can also call your insurance agent and inform them of the accident. Give them all the details. Your insurnace should handle it from here.

The next time you get into an accident, be sure to call the police and get the report filed.

good luck.

Call the police and ask for their advice. If people are injured, you are supposed to get the police involved.
