Depends of a lot of factors and they can change depending of either parent's behavior.
It is NOTdependent on child support however as so many people seem to think. The child has the right to see both parents even if one parent isn't paying....... as long as seeing that parent is safe.
Too many people out there trying to prevent the child from being with a parent and this is so unfair. Believe me kids will figure out who loves them and who is unreliable on their own.

Depends on what was court ordered.If the Dad is an okay guy not a danger to kids, let him see his Kids it will only come back to bite you on the A$$ later on.

they have just as much rights as the mother. get over yourself. its not about you its about the child have a healthy relationship with their dad. you didnt make the child by self. put aside all the problems, issues, difference that you have/had with dad and decide wherever in the best interest of the child. i he wants to be a part of the child life than allow that man that. who are you to say that he cant see his child than when the child grows up all messed up in the head. who are you going to blame than YOU. get over it.
