The answer is, I don't disbelieve it as for that we've to do a lot of research. We can't simply wish away something in a fit of Scientific Temper.
To believe, personal experience is enough.
But to disbelieve we need lot more reasons & proofs.
In the absence of them, it's better to go with the stream. Our ancestors are not fools! We are not any WISER!

I believe in God and that if anyone does something displeasing or terrible that God would not like, then God would most definitely punish that person. However, if we do things that are pleasing to God and do good to others and live our lives obeying God's commands, God will pour out His blessings upon us.
