a crane fly? sheesh
it was likely a beefly, they are a small bug that looks like a little bit of yellow fuzz with a heck of a beak.
however it is closer related to mosquitoes than flies, it is not a crossbreed (mosquitoes and bees crossbreeding would be like us crossbreeding with a dog). it is its own separate species. they are completely harmless and quite beneficial since their babies eat some harmful insects. the adults just sip nectar like bees do. they don't bite despite their ferocious looking mouth.

Then it was not a bee.
There are millions (not kidding, really millions) species of insects. Something that would look like a cross between a bee and a mosquito is most likely a kind of wasp (there are hundred of species of wasps; see link for a few pictures)

so which you're saying this is completely ok for a central authority company to objective a company merely because of the fact it does not accept as true with their undertaking... exciting. the government is meant to paintings or us... no longer any incorrect way around. And BTW, even the police won't be able to call for a itemizing of contributors, their employers, and seem into their financial and private affairs without warrant... whether they seem to be a "homicide for exciting" club. Plus the police carry no means to make certain no count number if the "homicide for exciting" club exists. so which you analogy is unsuitable from the get-flow. Edit: No the IRS is meant to RANDOMLY audit agencies and persons... no longer objective them in step with their political association.

Well, clearly since you saw it, it must be possible.
It might have been a "crane fly"
Adult crane flies can neither sting nor bite, they are harmless nectar feeders.
The larvae look like grubs, and live underground, feeding on plant roots. Crane fly larvae are sometimes lawn pests.
