I did get to try "kaseem" (however it should be spelt!) when I was in Mongolia. This drink is made from fermented horse milk, and I was told that it is about 14% alcohol.
It was "interesting", but otherwise I find the thought of adults drinking milk to be rather disgusting.

Goat.
It's very good.
It is also superior to cow milk and most baby formula for feeding babies.

I drink soy milk because I'm lactose intolerant. I've tried the powder milk when I was younger and it's disgusting.

No, but i did try and normally to consume soup with a spoon, especially if a soup is thick (which you could thicken the soup without difficulty by including some flour). It takes more time, so I revel in it longer
