Ocean. The desert has LITTLE WATER. The ocean has LITTLE LAND. The desert receives little rain, the ocean receives alot of rain. A desert has extreme temps. The ocean stays fairly consistent.

the arctic, it's like a desert but instead of there being no water at all due to the lack of heat, there is a lot of it due to the extreme cold instead of the extreme hot.
