Do you want him to lose weight or to spend time with you?
Compromise with him. Tell him how you feel and you would like him to spend more time with you and the baby. Maybe ask him to spend an hour a day with the two of you. have him spend some time with the baby, maybe giving the baby a bath or rocking the baby to sleep, taking the baby for a walk and spend some cuddling time with you watching a show or doing something that doesn't take up too much time. Then allow him to play the games. You don't want to tell him not to play games and spend more time with you. You want to get across to him that you would LIKE for him to spend just a little bit of time with you two. I stress the like because you don't want to come across as "You HAVE to do this" and make it out to be a chore. You want him to know that this is something that would make you happy and would be good for the baby.
You can also try to get interested in the games he's playing. If he's a fanatic maybe he can find something for the both of you to play that you'll both enjoy. I'm a female that plays games. Not all games are for kids and they can be a lot of fun. There's a lot of different games, so give the different ones a chance. Like someone suggested..get a Wii. You can get exercise from some of the games(because they involve standing up and moving around). Games like Wii Sports might be good for you too. They have games like tennis or bowling that easy to play and are a lot of fun. People who don't normally play games get a kick out of playing these games.

There is more to do than just playing video games. Ask your husband to go on a walk with you and your 3 month old when it is not too hot outside. Just don't mention to him about exercising, if he is overweight, that might offend him. Just go for a walk to spend time together.
Marriage is not only about games, it is spending time like a family. Plan something so all of you can go out to dinner or just to to the park for a picnic.
I would consider on reading "The Proper Care and Feeding of Marriage." and "The Proper Care and Feeding of Husbands."

How old is your husband....15? He's married and has a family. It's about time he grows up. Talk to him. If he isn't prepared to take his place as a man, you may have to re-think the relationship.
