where i live,its been more than 100 degrees all week...the air conditioning isnt doing much & now the sun's gone & its raining but its still so freakin hot & humid!!!
how do i cool down? i cant go swimming & i'm drinking water but its not much help..

Quit whining, there are people in other parts of the world freezing there behinds off and you don't hear them crying about it!

It will cool off eventually, perhaps not as much as it used to, but it will cool off.
Now, if the global warming thing is real, and that seems to be the case, you could move to like Tucson and start building your beach front condos. I wouldn't stay in Florida or New Orleans unless you're really good at treading water.

When it is hot and the rain starts you step outside, turn your face to the clouds, raise your arms in thanksgiving to the almighty and stick your tongue out. The rain will either cool you or dry out much to fast. Either way it helps.

When the rain stops, pour water on you and blow a fan on you to allow the evaporation to cool your skin. Works just like sweat, but isn't as smelly.
