DeRay Davis from Codname: The Cleaner. It has Cedric the Entertainer, Lucy Lui, and of course DeRay. But that movie is soooo funny!!!

If you're talking about in a song I'm not sure but that was a line in a movie.4got the name but I think it was comedy.
