Dude your never too old to skate. Go get a deck some shoes and you go! If you don't have skate shoes I'd recommend Emerica, eS, Osiris, Fallen, or DVS, maybe circa. Oh and some Vans are good. Oh the board he's selling you is World industries. DON'T BUY IT! Those boards are really bad. I had one and it totally sucked. I suggest getting an almost, Zoo York, Plan B, or Flip. For wheels get spitfire, hardware isn't that big, for trucks get grind king. Well I hope you decide to start skating. If you do buy the world industries go for like $40

no bro it is never too late to try and learnt o skate i started skating 6 nmonths ago i am 15. I wanted to skate because my frinds told me that it was fun so i tried it the fisrt board that i got was a k-mart board. with that board i learned to ride a skateboard and a few tricks. The board he is selling you a World Industries the red guy his name is flame boy i think i am pretty sure and the blue guy his name is wet willy. The board is only worth 90 dollars if the board is not scrached and the trucks are good. You dont really need to buy a epensive board to become good skater. My friends laughed at me with the board i had and now i buy 20 dollar boards at skateshops and now i am better than all of them. later and dont ever stop skating when you start because you will regret it. : )

To me I think you still have time and what it takes to learn how to skate. You are in your teen age, so if you really want to learn how to do something, you can learn it really quick. Trust Me.
Also, I would suggest you should learn how to skate now before you turn any older, because when you go past the age of twenty or above, your strenght will begin to decrease day-by-day.
So start learning now before you are too weak for any sports.

it's probably not too late to learn, skating is fun, he is offering you a world industries brand board, and they generally seem to go for about $70. world industries are fairly good boards, and so are element, but they're usually more expensive.

You can learn but take it slowly, and wear the proper protection.
