Yes. I walk to work (25 mins) and back 5 days a week. I run an hour every Saturday and Sunday. I try to run during the week too. I work out occasionally. And I take martial arts classes twice a week.

Yes I exercise,But not often lol,Well i live on the second floor and thats mainly the excersixe i do if i havent done some alot of steps xD And I dont need to Im fit.Im about 110lbs=]

Lol.
I excersise anywhere from 3-4 times a week.
I do marching band for my high school.
It really does take alot of endurance to be a marcher.
=]
Trust me,I should know.
We practice Tuesday night from 530-830.
Thursday from 530-830.
And Friday from 3-5.
And almost every Saturday we have a competition.
And on competiton days we do ALOT of walking...

I dont work out with weights or run or jog, i get enough workout with the work i do, but i been thinking bout doing some weights this winter, just to keep tone, and help me keep in shape and also i need it, cuse my work will soon catch up on me if i dont exersice, i do walk alot, and thats just as good.

Yes, I run 8 miles every morning when it's not too humid. I run at dawn with a lot of the neighborhood for protection.

I take the dog for a half hour to 40 minute walk rain, shine, heat or snow. We're both healthier for the effort.
