you did not say what state you live in. In Ca you would more than likely have to support that kid. Long time seperations without divorce are very risky. Unless you have a court legal seperation agreement you can be held responsible for each others money obligations and you can be required to support that kid. Good luck to you. You need a good lawyer

I doubt it's because of his race. It could have been because of his age but that would only effect sperm mobility and count. Most women wouldn't even think about getting pregnant at her age so I hope she is okay.

it has nothing to do with you per say. its ALL about TIMING. and your time with her was off no matter how hard you tried. but 56 is kinda old to be having a child. GodBless.

Maybe you had a low sperm count. Be happy for her. What good is it doing you but staying miserable.
