If a divorce decree states that if parent A moves over 200 miles away from parent B, then parent A is responsible for bringing/picking up the kids at parent B's residence. Who decides the route to be taken if on way takes 4.5hrs and is 194 miles and the other way is 3hrs and is 205 miles? THe most logical way to go is the interstate, which is only three hours, give or take the traffic. Of course she wants to do things the hard way. She put our halfway mark going down a road that isn't too far off from the interstate, but we'd have to go through seven little towns. Who decides???

a mediator? Luckily your kids are still seeing their parents..this is the reason many parents give up visitation because if the inconvenience it causes the parents.
Let's think about the kids and what they need even if it is inconvenient because they are holding their breath to see the other parent......
