I need help, can anyone tell me what language is used to describe the roll of the Senate in Supreme Court nominations? Also, can you please tell me where in the Constitution this is located? thanks :)

All federal judges are nominated by the Executive, and appointed "by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate".
