With the exception of "teachers grab students sling students across the halls and slam them up against the walls", ya, everything else is legal. For a teacher to physically assault a student, it is illegal unless it is done in self defense. Although I believe a lot of disrespectful brats deserve for a teacher to tune them up a little, its against the law and the child needs to tell his parents what is going on and have the parent, who is the one with legal status, to pursue civil or legal remedy to the assault on their child.

First of all take a camera to school and record any physicla attacks by teacher on student.
Next if the doors all open outward they can be locked to incomming people and no problem there. Get to sschool on time.
Call your locl t.v. and radio stations and repoirt the attack on student. But get pictures first.

Stop whining.
I have a difficult time believing your story, as the only place it could happen is at a Nazi school that's had a terrorist threat against it during the reign of a megalomaniac like Napoleon.
Answering your question theoretically, would be it's illegal for teachers to touch students, but most of the other rules just seem somewhat over-the-top.

that last part... teachers grabbing students and slinging them accross the hall... definitely not legal... teachers cannot lay a hand on students except to defend themselves... at most times... they cant even do that but blocked themselves...
and if that school is real... gee.. dont go or move for sure.. a school like that is hell...

doors being locked.......contact O.S.H.A. about that one but it was being done in my school in 1983 as well.
overcrowded schools and halls, I doubt anything is broken as long as the firecode/ occupation limits aren't being broken.
grabbing a student in a manner that is not coexistant to a teacher-student normal relationship is wrong and illegal and could get the teacher fired or worse.

Some parts of it -- regulating student activity -- yes.
Some parts of it, no -- such as physical violence, or locking the doors such that people cannot escape in an actual emergency -- those are both criminal and constitutional violations.

no, if a teacher puts their hands on you its a crime.
report them immediately to both the school and police.
I'd think any of those cases that are brought to court would be tossed out since they are not that serious.

If this is true, it would have helped your case to have told us the name of the school & where it is located....but l got a feeling you have embellished the truth a bit.

If your teachers are touching you in any way, have your parents complain. i'm sure it's very illegal for a teacher to slam you against the wall.
