Spam is great with many things. Eggs, beans or most vegetables. It is really popular in Hawaii, so pineapple might even be good with it.

Get some rice and seaweed and make Spam Musubi, a hawaiian treat. For true hawaiian effect fry the spam a bit and top it off with a fried egg.

I saw a Spam sushi on TV this morning, looked like sushi with the rice and seaweed around it. They said it was pretty good, it was an all american cuisine bit on I think CBS, a recipe from Alaska? or Hawaii?

Try a Spam on rye sandwich with honey mustard and avocado. Best if you lightly grill or fry the spam first.

I love spam... I like to put wisky seasoning on it.. or eat it with pastarony.. It also make a good fake hambergur sandwich or even just melted chees sandwich with it on its pretty good.. its also good in a egg and chees amlet or in mac and chees if you into that kinda thing.. pretty much anything goes so long as it sounds good with meat in it.

I like it diced up very fine and cooked with hash browns. It's really very good but it doesn't sound like it. The same diced Spam is good in an omelette.

Cut it up in half inch cubes, stir fry them until they're golden brown then mix with your baked beans.
Cut it up in 3/4 inch cubes, stir fry them until they're golden brown, put them on a nice plate, poke toothpicks in each one of them, a drop or two of Tabasco sauce, serve with your favorite beer.
Diced and add while you're cooking your spaghetti sauce.

This might be terrible but I DON'T hate it! There, I've said it. Have you tried making Spamsalad? I get all Homer Simpson just thinking about it.
