even though it may make you sad or cry when ya hear it .. you still love it cause it reminds you of someone special that had been in your life or just something thats happened in your life.
oh and you can name more than one if ya want and from different music types too .. so say if you have a counrty one you can still name a rock one too and so on! ; )

Live In The Sky - T.I. feat. Jamie Foxx.
Thank You - Lil' Bow Wow feat. JD, Jagged Edge, and Da Brat.
Hurt - Christina Agulara. (Not sure if I really like it tho.)
All Or Nothin' - O-Town. (It's an ok song yet klinda sadish / touchingish).

There is also "Heard 'Em Say" by Kaney West feat. Adam off of Maroon 5 is sounds pretty sad and it's kinda to sad yet, I think what it means kinda, but it's kinda to sad for me to really put down so I just said why well, bye.
I sometimes find "I'll Move On" by Bow Wow Mario touching or sad or whatever every once and a while.
One time I heard a song that said "yesterday's the first day I fell in love and yesterday's gone forever I can't belive it's actully gone forever" I have a felling might be by the Beatles since people are saying that the Beatles sang a song called yestday I also found that kinda sad, but I won't say I REALLY like that song, but just saying.

Goodbye My Lover~ James Blunt...as soon as the piano starts so do my tears. It reminds me of one of my bestest friends ever I lost him 9 months ago and we decided to play this at his memorial.
