Already been done, it's called "Morse Code".

Well we already have Morse Code. But that uses 2 things, dots and dashes. Making a language just out of one thing (clicks for example) would be time consuming and pointless. Sorry if I trampled on any dreams there.

Xhosa is a language from South Africa that is based on "clicks". It's fairly secret as most Europeans and Americans can't understand it.
