I'm a math nerd with a BS in Math and MS in Statistics so I would tell you to take both. The best thing for you to do is pick out the pharmacy schools that your are interested in and contact their admissions office to see which they require or recommend.

Both are required. Calculus is normally taken during prepharm and statistics is taken during pharmacy. Statistics are relevant to daily pharmacy practice, and calculus is just a weed out course.

take both, but uf you can only take one of them take calculus
because to be a pharmacist you will definatly need calculus as a prerequisite.
Probably need to go up to calc II or Calc III stats is usually treated like a math elective.

actually, my grandfather did a lot of work in the stats field (idk what his positions were called) but every couple of years he would move from company to company getting better and better jobs. it was actually a pretty smart plan.
