i have a questoin how much should my rent be every month if i get ssi i get 649

Depends on where you wish to rent,normally rent is at a set rate depending on the area where you live,not your income.
Unless you get a discount if you're on welfare ( in some countries the Government subsidize low income earners) payments and again would depend where you wanted to live.

If your total income is only $649 per month, you should figure $160 to $215including utilities.

You might qualify for section8 or some other housing subsidy.
