Printer question?

My hp printer broke but i have an old printer i held onto as a spare... Can I just hook the wires up to the other printer and just use it or would i have to intall somthing...?

reload the cd to ensure it works

Well that depends. If you have the software for it i would install that but if you don't i wouldnt know what to do. But it really depends on your printer model and computer OS

yes you can use the same cable from the printer to the computer.
