Yeah, he got my license and everything with his cell phone. He cut me off, braked, then I flipped him off, he braked again and was obviously taking a picture or video w/ his camera phone. Then I turned the corner to get away from him. Anyone know?

Flipping the bird = middle finger

And no, he didn't film me doing that. He did, however, get me in my car driving and my license plate.

Considerate as freedom of speech. You should not let others intimidate you so easily!!!

A cop once told me if I caught the guy that tryed to break into my car again, that I should beat him senceless with a baseball bat. But in Texas it would be hard to get a cop to arrest you for flipping him off, much less for flipping someone else off. Now, the fact you where flipping him off leaves to question that you may have done other stuff - in which case disorderly driving is probably your issue at the moment. ********.

while it seems crazy, it might be considered "agressive driving" ( flipping the bird to another driver). I would have a hard time believing that, as you're the cuttee, not the cutter. What YOU need to do is get your OWN fake phone to take "pictures" of jerks like that, too. Even if your phone didn't, you could still pretend it did, if you had one. Scare HIM some. :)

No, it's not illegal. It's just a bad habit and shows lack of class. When someone is driving badly around you, just avoid them as much as possible and thank God that no accident happened. If they really are driving irratically, call the police from your cell phone.

It is not illegal to flip someone the bird. You are protected by your first amendment right to free speech.

No, it isn't. He could try and get you on road rage. If anything comes from it, ask why he wasn't driving and instead f*ck*ng with his cell phone...an obvious careless driver, I would say!

IMO this person should retake driving lessons.

Illegal? Doubt it... possibly encouraged in some places. I hope he didn't take your pic & tag number to hunt you down. Maybe he's as crazy of a person as he is a driver.

Not likely, unless Texas has some bizarre law. Breaking for no reason in traffic is.
