What part of the Constitution do Republicans not follow? Why dont you ask the Democrats about the 10th amendment-powers not delegated to the the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it are reserved to the States or to the people. How about congress shall make no law prohibiting the free exercise of religion or the right to life. If its in the constitution Republicans are for it. Why dont you give some facts, like quoting from the Republican platform that contradict the Constitution.

It all depends on how you are using the word "do".

But generally, both of teh two major parties try to abuse the Constitution to suit their own political agendas -- both have long ago stopped being champions of either the people or the process of law.

They only follow laws, Constitutions and treaties when convenient! And then try and rewrite them! They also misinterpret the constitution like this idiot!
